Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 banana (mashed)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, mash the banana in a large sized bowl

  • Add the rest of the wet ingredients into the bowl and mix well, including the almond milk, greek yoghurt, peanut butter and honey.
  • Add in the remaining dry ingredients, including the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, sunflower seeds and flaxseeds.
