To make Air Fryer roast potatoes, follow these simple steps:
Prep the Potatoes: Wash the potatoes and then peel if desired and cut into evenly-sized chunks or wedges.
Season: In a bowl, toss the potatoes with garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt and pepper, and any other desired herbs or spices.
Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for a few minutes.
Air Fry: Place the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they aren’t overcrowded. Cook for about 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket or tossing the potatoes halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Serve: Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and season with additional salt and herbs if needed. Serve hot and enjoy your perfectly crispy and flavorful roast potatoes!
Remember, cooking times may vary based on your specific air fryer model and the size of the potato chunks. Keep an eye on the potatoes as they cook to prevent over-browning.
