  2. Prepare the Sweet Potatoes:
    • Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly under running water and scrub any dirt or debris from the skins.
    • Pat the sweet potatoes dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
    • Trim any ends or imperfections from the sweet potatoes.
    • Leave the skin on for added texture and nutrients, or peel the sweet potatoes if you prefer.
  3. Cut the Sweet Potatoes:
    • Cut the sweet potatoes into evenly-sized pieces. You can cut them into rounds, wedges, or cubes, depending on your preference. Make sure the pieces are of similar size to ensure even cooking.
  4. Season the Sweet Potatoes:
    • In a mixing bowl, toss the sweet potato pieces with a drizzle of olive oil. Use enough oil to lightly coat the pieces; this will help them become crispy in the air fryer.
