  • 200 g tortilla chips
  • 150 g mozarella (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup baby plum tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup spring onions
  • 300 g hot salsa dip
  • 3 tbsp sliced green jalapenos in brine
  • 200 g red kidney beans
  • 4 tbsp 0% fat greek yoghurt
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place the tortilla chips at the bottom of the basket.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the chips.
  • Sprinkle the baby plum tomatoes, spring onions, salsa dip, jalapenos and red kidney beans over the mixture.
  • Place the nachos in the preheated air fryer and cook for 5-6 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Carefully remove the nachos from the air fryer using tongs and transfer them to a serving plate.
  • Drizzle the yoghurt and combined avocado and lime juice mixture over the nachos or serve them on the side as dipping sauces.
