Overnight Oats With Banana, Peanut Butter & Chia Seeds
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 banana (mashed)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
Instructions
- Firstly, mash the banana in a large sized bowl
- Add the rest of the wet ingredients into the bowl and mix well, including the almond milk, greek yoghurt, peanut butter and honey.
- Add in the remaining dry ingredients, including the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, sunflower seeds and flaxseeds.
- Pour mixture into bowls and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve the next morning, with toppings of your choice.
